Speaking

In person or online, in celebration of life or death, Malika can make days that are important to you more memorable, meaningful and joyous. Whether it's an intimate event or a thousand people, she has an infectious energy that can fill a room and draw people in. Speaking on panels and podcasts, emceeing events, giving keynotes, running workshops, holding space for serious topics, having a laugh and finding common ground, Malika uses her experiences and skills to bring genuine connection to whatever she does.

CSA and DFV

Since 2018 Malika has been an outspoken advocate for women and children and all survivors of abuse. In 2010 she had her perpetrator successfully prosecuted and jailed. Importantly, she had the name suppression order dropped (a first in Australia in regards to an intrafamilial CSA case). Malika is passionate about speaking out for and supporting others to set down shame, which is crippling for many survivors, and to set themselves up on a journal to healing and thriving.  She has many valuable ideas and insights.

Radical Acceptance for Little Ones & Adults

Malika's main topic to speak about is acceptance. Body, death, trauma and abundance acceptance. She tailors this topic to speak separately and appropriately to children and to adults. To talk to Women's Groups, at Events and for Businesses. When we have acceptance in our lives of what is, we have more peace and productivity.

Funerals

Funerals can be both gentle and/or fun. Malika listens carefully and writes from the heart, so as to help celebrate a loved one in the best possible way, that reflects the truth of who they were and the life they'd led. She is also known as the Singing celebrant. Live music, at celebrations of life, has the ability to both bring out and soothe emotions.

Little Ones

An experienced and well loved children's teacher/performer for over 20 years, as Mz Mally Moo's Music 4 Minis, Malika has performed at parties, events and major festivals. Her new play "A Gentle Talk About Emotions, Grief & Acceptance for Little Ones" which has been supported by Culture Bank Wollongong and Merrigong X. Her New book "Diamonds in the Sky", illustrated by Kiara Mucci, will be published this year. It is a children's book about death and grief aimed at 3 - 8 year olds

Church of the Clitori

Malika and Lilli headed off to Europe in July/August to perform at Avignon and Edinburgh to spread the good news and to see if our message hits the spot half a world away. It did. We got multiple positive reviews.

The Claiming Pleasure Podcast with Malika

Recently launched, Claiming Pleasure is a podcast dedicated to helping people own their inherent right to pleasure, playfulness, and healing — not as luxuries, but as essential parts of being human. It is called Claiming Pleasure, not Reclaiming, because many people have never had the opportunity to experience genuine pleasure, ease, or play in their lives. This podcast is a space for those people — and for anyone ready to explore what it means to welcome joy, curiosity, and self-connection back into their bodies, relationships, and everyday lives.

The purpose of this podcast is to soften shame and guilt, invite curiosity, and open pathways to self-trust and self-celebration. It aims to help listeners remember that pleasure is not something they need to earn, prove, or justify — it is their birthright.

Claiming Pleasure by Malika

is everyone's birthright.
